Serhou Guirassy would be ‘open’ to the prospect of leaving Borussia Dortmund for a European giant like Chelsea next summer, according to reports in Germany.

The 29-year-old has netted 47 times in 68 appearances for Dortmund to further establish himself as one of the most lethal goalscorers in German football over the last 18 months.

An impressive return of 21 goals in 30 games earned Guirassy a place in the official Bundesliga Team of the Season for a second year running last term.

He also finished as the joint-top scorer in the Champions League, despite BVB exiting the tournament at the quarter-final stage.
