BioAge is a measure of how old your body truly is, based on the health of your cells and tissues. It’s now considered a better indicator of wellbeing than the number of birthdays you’ve celebrated.

Nearly half of Brits (43%) are familiar with the term BioAge, showing that people are increasingly aware that ageing isn’t just the number of years under your belt. Ageing is trainable with how you fuel your body and move it.
