The FBI arrested a suspect in connection with the pipe bombs that were planted in Washington, D.C. , on the eve of Jan. 6, 2021.
The agency detained the suspect on Thursday morning, nearly five years after surveillance footage captured an individual planting the devices near the Republican and Democratic national party headquarters, according to NBC News and other outlets.
