A report from the National Weather Service was issued on Thursday at 9:28 a.m. for lake effect snow and showers until 11:30 a.m. for Northern Wayne as well as Bradford and Susquehanna counties.

"A quick burst of Lake effect snow will move through the area this morning and can be heavy at times. The line is oriented west to east and is moving southeast into the Twin Tier Region. If traveling, watch out for rapidly changing conditions including slippery roads and low visibility," states the weather service.
