Nearly seven in 10 Brits reckon they will be too exhausted to enjoy Christmas this year.

A whopping 67% of UK adults said they were so burned out they would be unable to revel in the festivities.

The figure rises to 77% for keyworkers, such as carers, police officers and nurses, shows the survey of 2,000 Brits.

Seven in 10 essential staff reported missing precious moments, such as school nativities or their children opening presents, because they had to work over the festive period.
