Local insurance broker Howden has reopened its North Pole Mail Service across high street branches, including Shrewsbury, inviting children to send their letters to Santa and receive a personalised reply.

After last year’s success, over 100 UK Howden branches will welcome families to post letters in the special North Pole mailbox. Families can create a little more wonder for their child by scanning a QR code to download a customisable letter template, add their child’s name and wish list, print it at home or in branch, and pop it through the letterbox for a festive surprise.
