Gaming entertainment group, The Yogscast, just raised over £1 million for charities including an LGBTQ+ crisis helpline.

The Bristol-based entertainment brand, known for its gaming content and livestreams, surpassed yet another million-pound milestone as part of its annual Jingle Jam fundraiser.

The Christmas campaign, which takes place every December, gives gamers the chance to donate to a combination of non-profits in exchange for a massive collection of PC games.

Members of the group celebrated the milestone on Wednesday (3 December) during a 24-hour livestream promoting the fundraiser.

“Amazing! Thank you, thank you so much. We did it!” co-founder Lewis Brindley said in a clip posted on social media, with fellow co-founder, Simon Lane, chiming in saying: “Thank you!!”
