PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are searching for a suspect who shot a man inside a home in Philadelphia's Germantown neighborhood on Thursday morning.

It happened at 6:40 a.m. on the unit block of Reger Street.

When authorities arrived, they found a man inside with a gunshot wound to the head.

The victim was transported to Temple Hospital. There is no word on his condition.

No arrests have been made.
