United Way of Greater Rochester and the Finger Lakes had its annual fundraising event Dec. 2 to give the community a chance to support causes they care most about.

United Way's ROC the Day is a 24-hour online giving extravaganza. The fundraiser takes place each year on Giving Tuesday, the Tuesday after Thanksgiving.
