“Want to know if a company is “the real deal?” Have a problem and see how it reacts to it and you.
Companies can talk a good game whether it’s through their advertising, social media presence or their public relations department. But, how can you tell if the company is really customer focused or a business you want to stay loyal to and continue being their valued customer?
You need to have an issue with their product or service and see how it reacts. Does it make you jump through hoops, get you frustrated and have you talk to multiple people, or in some cases, no humans at all, and are forced to do “whatever” online?
I have always called this scenario a “creative opportunity,” for the company or business and the chance to shine to show the customer that they care and want to make it rig
