Sam Mendes and Sony’s upcoming four-part series of biopics about The Beatles has expanded its cast, this time adding figures in the Fab Four’s inner circle such as family members, roadies and press officers.

Joining “ The Beatles — A Four-Film Cinematic Event ” is David Morrissey (“The Walking Dead”) as Paul McCartney’s father Jim McCartney, Leanne Best (“Walk-In”) as John Lennon’s Aunt Mimi, Bobby Schofield (“The Covenant”) as road manager and trusted confidant Neil Aspinall, Daniel Hoffman-Gill (“Sherwood”) as roadie Mal Evans, Arthur Darvill (“Broadchurch”) as press officer and friend Derek Taylor and Adam Pally (“Happy Endings”) as controversial music manager Allen Klein.
