CRAWFORD COUNTY, Ark. —
An Arkansas mother is facing felony charges after investigators said she arranged the kidnapping of her 22-year-old developmentally delayed daughter as a lesson on safety.
Tammi Hamby was arrested Wednesday along with three others and is facing felony charges of conspiracy to commit kidnapping and endangering the welfare of an incompetent person, according to Crawford County arrest affidavits.
