EXCLUSIVE: A long-lurking monster will creep into the Palm Springs Film Festival next month.

The event is set to present the 2026 Visionary Award to Frankenstein director Guillermo del Toro and stars Oscar Isaac , Jacob Elordi and Mia Goth during its awards ceremony in January. It will mark the first time the award has gone to a movie’s director and cast, noting “one of the year’s most daring and unforgettable achievements.”
