Singer Limahl, whose hit song The NeverEnding Story became one of the standout tracks in Netflix sci-fi drama Stranger Things, back for a fifth season, has released a festive single
Limahl, the Wigan native who was previously frontman of 80s hitmakers Kajagoogoo, has re-released his only Christmas song, One Wish For Christmas. It marks his first musical release in over five years and a reimagining of the 70s classic ‘A Horse With No Name’.
The 63 year old enjoyed a successful solo career beyond the 80s popband - in great part due to the huge success of the title track for 1984 movie, The NeverEnding Story.
The classic family adventure film grossed $100 million in the States- and was then given a whole new lease of life in 2019, when it was used in season three of Stranger Things
