It seems like Notre Dame gets special treatment every season by the pollsters. I get it. Notre Dame is arguably the biggest brand in college football, and the Fighting Irish have more fans than anyone else.

Personally, I kind of like Notre Dame and always have. It’s probably because my grandmother was a huge Notre Dame fan, but I’m also just a sucker for the deep traditions of college football that run through this country.
