Two men are behind bars and facing kidnapping charges in Sioux Falls in connection with two separate incidents Dec. 3, according to officials with the Sioux Falls Police Department .

Shabani Ngwefu, 20, of Sioux Falls, has been charged with simple assault, kidnapping in the second degree, false imprisonment, enticing a child younger than 14, sexual contact with a child younger than 16 as an offender less than five years older and abuse or cruelty to a minor, the Minnehaha County Jail log shows.Meanwhile, Olu Dweh, 42, of Fargo, North Dakota, was charged with felony kidnapping in the first degree, according to county court records.
