Austin Thomas was not retained as LSU football’s general manager under head coach Lane Kiffin , and his future is uncertain amid ongoing conversations about his place in the athletic department, multiple sources told The Advocate.
Thomas was the football team’s general manager for the past two seasons, but he was not expected to stay in that role after Kiffin brought general manager Billy Glasscock with him from Ole Miss.
