Alabama football coach Kalen DeBoer addressed rumors about him being linked to other coaching jobs, including one at Penn State.
DeBoer said there has "never been any conversation" or "interest either way" between him and Penn State.
"We are extremely happy at Alabama ... We are extremely happy here," DeBoer said on the SEC championship press conference. "Love the grind, love this place. There's never been any link, there's never been any conversation, there's never been any interest either way. And so I'm glad we can put that to bed right now."
DeBoer is in his second season with the Crimson Tide. Alabama lost four games in 2024: Vanderbilt, Tennessee, Oklahoma and Michigan. DeBoer has led Alabama to its first SEC championship since 2023 in 2025 despite losses to Florida State and
