A Lawrence County shooting range is being sued by a group of local residents claiming their homes have been hit by gunfire from the location.
According to WAFF 48 , the lawsuit, filed in Lawrence County Court, accuses the Neighbors of The Inner Circle shooting range of being "negligent and malicious in its operation," while also labeling it a public nuisance. The legal action claims that bullets discharged from the site have previously struck near a child’s bedroom window, with one resident also claiming that a dozen bullets have hit their home since the business opened in 2024.
