A 14-year-old girl died after being struck by a pickup truck while walking home from school in Texas.

According to the Flower Mound Police Department , the fatal incident happened on Tuesday, Dec. 2, when authorities were summoned following a collision between a single vehicle and a pedestrian at the intersection of Valley Ridge Boulevard and Browning Drive in Flower Mound.
