When asked how the Bills can break their recent pattern of alternating wins and losses, Allen’s answer was refreshingly straightforward: focus on the process, not the outcome.

“Well, one, I think to not worry about that,” Allen explained. “To continue to stick with the process of what we know works for us. Have a good week of practice and then again, go out there on Sunday and just go execute as best as you can.
