Chris Pine’s Los Angeles neighbor is in court demanding that the settlement, as part of their battle over trees and property lines, that she reached with the actor and his team be enforced immediately, Us Weekly can exclusively report.
On Tuesday, December 2, Pine’s neighbor, Helen Yu, filed court docs pleading with a judge to intervene in the matter.
Yu, an entertainment lawyer, sued Pine, 45, and a man named Bradley Lyon for trespass, nuisance and negligence in 2023. Lyon is the trustee of the actor’s trust, which owns Pine’s home and of which he is the beneficiary.
In her lawsuit, Yu explained that she shares a boundary with Pine’s three-bedroom, three-bathroom, 2,205 square-foot pad that he bought in 2010. Yu was upset that Pine planted several Ficus Benjamina trees, which Yu claime
