Solvay Bank , established in 1917 in Onondaga County, recently announced three promotions within its team.

Joshua Avery has been promoted to assistant vice president, branch manager of the North Syracuse office. Avery joined Solvay Bank a little over a year ago as the assistant branch manager in the same office.

Avery is a mortgage loan originator and a Notary Public. He is a 1999 graduate of Central Square’s Paul V. Moore High School and is involved in the community as a volunteer minister and public speaker.
