MICHIGAN, USA — Contract negotiations between Bronson Healthcare and UnitedHealthcare will persist into the new year, according to a statement released by UnitedHealthcare.

UnitedHealthcare is currently in active negotiations with both Bronson and Corewell.

Bronson said it's committed to keeping the community informed as it negotiates reimbursement rates with UnitedHealthcare for renewal of their commercial insurance contract.

As of Dec. 1, Bronson signed an agreement that extends its participation in the UnitedHealthcare network through Jan. 31, 2026.

"We are optimistic that this extension will enable us to reach an agreement that is fair and equitable for our providers and patients," Bronson said.
