PHOENIX (AZFamily) — It was another morning with temperatures in the mid-40s on Thursday, and some areas like Queen Creek and east Mesa even dropped into the 30s. Cool mornings will continue for the next few days with high temperatures in the mid- to upper-60s Friday and Saturday.
Another freeze warning has been issued for southeastern Arizona, including Safford, Sierra Vista, Wilcox and Benson, with temperatures expected to be in the upper-20s Friday morning.
This cooler air is all thanks to the system that passed through the state Wednesday before pushing east. It brought some light snow to northern and eastern Arizona throughout the day, and Thursday we are looking at dry conditions.
Seasonal temperatures will continue through the start of the weekend, but then a warming trend kick
