A new housing development is being constructed on 4.2 acres of tribal land near the Palm Springs Convention Center.

The Latitude 61 project will bring 61 townhomes to the southwest corner of East Amado Road and North Hermosa Drive. The homes will be combined into 17 buildings of three to four units each, with a communal pool, spa and barbecue.
