DES MOINES, Iowa —

Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds has ordered all flags in Iowa fly at half-staff until sunset Thursday.

It's in honor of Spc. Sarah Beckstrom of the West Virginia Army National Guard.

Beckstrom was shot and killed last week in Washington D.C.

A suspect was arrested and has pleaded not guilty .
