WASHINGTON — DC officials announced a number of street closures and parking restrictions in the city around the FIFA World Cup 2026 Final Draw at the Kennedy Center.

The drawing is slated to begin Friday at noon.

Some of the traffic advisories will go into effect Thursday night at 10 p.m. and continue through Friday at 3 p.m. DC police say the following streets will be posted as Emergency No Parking:

F Street from Rock Creek Parkway and 25th Street, NW

Jamal Khashoggi Way from Virginia Avenue and F Street, NW

25th Street, NW from Virginia Avenue and F Street, NW

Thompson Boat Center Parking Lot

Parkway Drive, NW

From 4 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, Rock Creek Parkway from Cathedral Avenue to Potomac River Freeway will be closed to traffic.
