BUTLER, Pa. —
Vincent Miceli has been charged with criminal homicide following the death of his 2-month-old son, who was found with a fractured skull and bruises on his head and stomach, according to testimony from law enforcement and a doctor during a preliminary hearing.
Witnesses in court stated that the baby's injuries, if caused by a fall, would have required a fall from three stories or higher. A doctor testified that the injuries were equivalent to the baby's head being slammed into a surface. Advertisement
