Man sentenced after robbing same store at knife point twice in less than a month

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - A man has been sentenced to 15 years after robbing the same South City store twice in less than a month at knifepoint.

Jahlil C. Finne, 23, pleaded guilty to two counts of first-degree robbery and two counts of armed criminal action.

He will serve his sentence in the Missouri Department of Corrections.

Prosecutors said Finne robbed a phone store in the 4500 block of South Kingshighway on Feb. 27 and March 15 of 2024. In both cases, prosecutors said Finne approached a young employee at knifepoint and stole more than a dozen phones and cash.

Both robberies were captured on surveillance video.
