SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - A federal vaccine advisory committee, comprised of several Robert F. Kennedy Jr. appointees, has delayed a vote to decide whether the hepatitis B vaccine should be given out immediately after birth.

This advisory panel is taking the time to review the language of what they will be voting on. The larger question is whether or not to delay the Hepatitis B vaccine if the mother does not test positive for the virus herself.
