EAST LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - Michigan State has had the Duke game circled on its calendar for a long time. Now the stakes seem even bigger with MSU men’s basketball being ranked No. 7 and Duke as No. 4 in the country.

Both teams are undefeated as well, with Duke entering Saturday’s matchup with a 9-0 record and Michigan State at 8-0.

MSU is coming off a dominant 71-52 victory over Iowa to start conference play. Michigan State has also racked up three victories over opponents ranked in the top 16 with wins over Arkansas, Kentucky, and North Carolina.

Duke is coming off a big 67-66 victory over No. 15 Florida, and the Blue Devils have also picked up victories over Texas, Kansas and Arkansas.

WILX-TV will have highlights for this game at 6 p.m. and 11 p.m. on Saturday evening.
