A 16-year-old boy who was arrested by Seattle police over the weekend in connection with eluding and shooting at an officer on Interstate 5 was also allegedly involved in a prison riot and the killing of a teen in Tacoma, according to law enforcement officials and court records.
The 16-year-old was arrested along with three teenage girls Saturday night after a car chase from South Seattle into Tukwila, eventually ending at South 188th Street and Military Road South in SeaTac. The four were in a stolen Dodge Durango SUV.
