The Beatles' Anthology series of albums is back on the Billboard charts, 30 years after the project launched in 1995.
The new album, Anthology 4, has debuted in the top 10 on the 6 December Top Current Album Sales chart in the US.
The 36-track collection features 13 previously unreleased tracks from The Beatles' vault.
Anthology 4 also debuted at No. 9 on the UK Official Top 100 Albums Chart.
The new album releases were boosted by a 25th-anniversary reissue of the book The Beatles Anthology, and the streaming debut of The Beatles Anthology documentary series on Disney+, which began on 26 November. The series, which premiered in 1995 on ABC TV, initially aired as an eight-part documentary. For the new 2025 version, it was expanded to nine parts.
The first three volumes of the Anthology album series were released in 1995 and 1996, and all three topped the Billboard 200 and Top Album Sales charts.
Anthology 4 is part of a crowded top 10 this week, with Stray Kids' Do It sitting at No. 1; the Wicked: For Good soundtrack at No. 2; and Aerosmith and Yungblud's One More Time at No. 3.
The Beatles scored 19 No. 1 albums on the Billboard 200, including 1966's Revolver, 1967's Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, and 1969's Abbey Road.
