FORT COLLINS – A full, second-floor commercial condominium at 2121 Midpoint Drive has sold to JZEstate2 LLC on behalf of related company Psychiatric Services of the Rockies Corp., which will occupy the space.

Commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield Inc. (NYSE: CWK) arranged the sale of the office condominium in the Riverbend Trail complex. The 6,800-square-foot office condo encompasses the full second floor of the three-story property. The sales price was $1.35 million.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Jason Ells represented the seller, 2121 Midpoint LLC, a company that lists a residential address in Austin, Texas, as its primary office.
