Vance Street Capital, a Los Angeles-based private-equity firm, has acquired Injectech LLC, a Fort Collins-based precision injection molding company.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

With the purchase of Injectech from The West Group, Vance Street has formed the VSC Medical Molding platform, aligning Injectech with Plastic Design Co., acquired in 2021, and Resenex, acquired in 2024. The acquisitions bolster Vance Street’s offerings in the life-sciences, medical-devices and bioprocessing markets.
