Vero Broadband LLC, a Boulder-based company that provides high-speed fiber internet services, has completed its acquisition of BendTel Inc., based in Bend, Oregon.
The deal was completed after the companies received approval from the Federal Communications Commission.
The acquisition accelerates Vero’s expansion as a fiber internet provider in central Oregon. Vero Broadband, which operates as Vero Fiber, began deploying fiber-to-home services in several Bend neighborhoods earlier this year, including the Portland Avenue and River West areas.
