The 16 host cities across the United States, Canada and Mexico are preparing to welcome the world next June and July.

By this afternoon, they will finally know which nation’s fans will be invading and, more parochially, Jesse Marsch and the Canadian men’s team will know what it faces as it plots historic progress through the group stage.
