Julian Caillon has shared a heartfelt message with Balvinder Sopal as she celebrated a personal milestone as their Strictly Come Dancing journey continues.

The pair have been opening up about their 'story so far' having recently broken a show record for surviving the most dance-offs, making Strictly history after singer Jamelia last did the same back in 2015.

Balvinder and Julian have been seen defeating Vicky Pattison, Ellie Goldstein, Chris Robshaw, Ross King and most recently Alex Kingston in their own bid to stay in the BBC One dance competition, which has now seen them through to the quarter-finals, which takes place live this Saturday (December 6).
