A house in Plainsboro that sold for $1.7 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Middlesex County in the past week.

The area saw a total of 267 residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $579,507. The average price per square foot was $349.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 24 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

A sale has been finalized for a detached house at 114 Holly Road in Iselin. The price was $1,075,000. The house was built in 2011 and the living area totals 2,944 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $365. The deal was finalized on Nov. 7.
