The driver of a passenger vehicle is in hospital with life-threatening injuries after a two-vehicle collision with a transport truck in Lambton County.
It happened around 8:30 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of Highway 40 and Bentpath Line in St. Clair Township, according to Ontario Provincial Police (OPP).
Authorities say the driver was a 31-year-old from Plympton-Wyoming.
Police are hoping anyone who may have witnessed the accident will give them a call. (CBC)
The truck driver wasn’t injured.
The crash closed that portion of the road for an extended period of time.
Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed it to contact them as soon as possible.
