A woman who crashed her car into a Center Line home and injured a 9-year-old girl had a high level of alcohol in her system, according to Macomb County prosecutors.

A six-month misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle with a high blood count has been added to the case of Caris Adell Wade, 21, who is also facing reckless driving causing serious impairment of a body functions and failure to stop at a car accident causing serious impairment of injury counts for the Oct. 13 incident n the area of MacArthur Boulevard and O’Hare Street.

Wade was arraigned Thursday on the new charge and two previously charged offenses by Judge Joseph Toia of Macomb County Circuit Court after she waived her right Nov. 18 to a preliminary examination in 37th District
