A house in Mickleton that sold for $860,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Gloucester County in the past week.

In total, 81 residential real estate sales were recorded in the county during the past week, with an average price of $395,773. The average price per square foot was $197.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 24 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $540K, single-family residence at 604 Kings Highway

A sale has been finalized for a detached house at 604 Kings Highway in Mickleton. The price was $540,000. The house was built in 1995 and the living area totals 2,852 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $189. The deal was finalized on Nov. 14.
