HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Breezy ESE winds will persist through Saturday, then weaken and shift back to easterly Sunday.
Limited clouds and showers will focus windward and mauka during this time. Dry, moderate trades are expected to continue into next week.
A High Surf Advisory is in effect for most north and west shores until 6 p.m. tonight.
Another NW boost is due on Tuesday.
Peak monthly tides combined with water levels that are running higher than predicted will likely lead to minor flooding along the shoreline and in low-lying coastal areas.
