CHATHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) - The Chatham County Police Department has arrested a man in connection with several storage facility thefts.

Back in August, police said they were trying to locate 31-year-old Hunter Dempsey as a suspect wanted in connection to storage unit thefts. He had warrants out for his arrest stemming from incidents at the Secure Storage Center on Ogeechee Road, where detectives say units were broken into and items were stolen.

Months later, the Chatham County Police Department announced Dempsey’s arrest. Police say Dempsey was arrested Thursday, Dec. 4 with the assistance of U.S. Marshalls and the Garden City Police Department.
