A Santa Rosa woman was arrested early Thursday after police said she led officers on a multi-city chase that reached 130 mph and ended when her car flipped onto its roof.
California Highway Patrol officers first saw a black Dodge Charger around 2:43 a.m. speeding north on Highway 101 near Steele Lane with its headlights off, Officer David deRutte said. The driver was going more than 100 mph. Officers stopped chasing the car two exits later because they said the speeds were too dangerous.
