Andrea Matrosovs will serve as warden of Grey County for a second consecutive term.
The mayor of The Blue Mountains was acclaimed to the position at the county’s inaugural meeting on Tuesday.

In her inaugural address to council, Matrosovs expressed a desire to build on the progress made in her first year as warden.
“At the county table I do not hear competition when we discuss the present and future of our county and the decisions that weigh heavily on each and every one of your shoulders,” Matrosovs said. “Even after spirited debate, I hear unison and a collective of heads and hearts moving forward with delivering services to our residents and sharing in the stewardship of our lands and waters.”
