SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) - A coalition of forensic scientists, public health researchers, and legal experts is pushing for more oversight of prison deaths in Missouri. Coroners have been the ones to offer insight into deaths at prisons, including the South Central Correctional Center in Licking.
