One person was killed in a vehicle collision in Burnaby, B.C., Friday morning, RCMP say.
The crash happened just after 8 a.m. PT, according to a police news release.
Burnaby RCMP Cpl. Laura Hirst said there will be road closures on Sprott Street, from Norland Avenue to Kensington Avenue.
Police are advising drivers to avoid the area.
“This incident will have an impact on traffic in the area," Hirst said.
She said they will have more information to share soon.
