A man has been brutally killed by a mob that mutilated his genitals and paraded his body through the streets after accusing him of raping a disabled woman. The 47-year-old man, known as Ali, was tracked down by furious locals for allegedly sexually assaulting the woman in Gowa, Indonesia, on November 30.

The victim, identified only as T, was discovered severely beaten and traumatised, sparking fury within the community. Ali sought refuge at a relative's home before fleeing into a nearby forest to evade the wrath of the villagers, local media reported. However, he was apprehended on December 3 when he ventured out of the woods in search of food.
